Data Entry-Premier Stair and Door

SUMMARY: In this position you will be responsible for entering data to order materials for all scheduled installations and ensuring it is received in accordance with the appropriate installation date. Problem solving and correcting any and all purchasing/receiving errors.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Orders all stair and door materials
- Tracks orders
- Works with vendors to ensure material is received and available for installation
- Prepares daily and weekly reports
- Follows up on discrepancies
- Maintains correct data in the system
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience in Excel preferred
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication (bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred)
- Ability to multi-task
- High School diploma/GED required
- Attention to detail
