SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management of reporting and storytelling with data.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
  • Variance Analysis- Analyze final results and investigate variances. Provide detailed reports and explanations of variances.
  • Budgeting- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs and assumptions.
  • Forecasting- Developing financial models to support forecasting efforts. Provide monthly updates to the forecast based on actual results and changes in assumptions.
  • Management reporting- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management. Highlight key trends and financial performance indicators.
  • Storytelling with data-Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making. Use visualizations to help non-financial stakeholders understand key financial insights.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with board and executive level presentations and communications.
  • Experience with BI Tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau or other similar tools a plus.
  • Experience managing a team a plus
  • Experience building 3 statement financial models a plus
