In the Customer Service Department, we work as a team to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. As a company we continue to evolve so that we may effectively support not only our customers but our employee's as well.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Entering customer details and order specifications (alpha numeric)
- Respond to various communications in a professional and courteous manner
- Update records for reselections and/or rescheduled installs
- Assist customers with order resolutions
- Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
- Adhere to confidentiality regulations
- Proofread data and ensure accuracy
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED/College required
- Ability to type 40 WPM preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and drive to succeed
